PMP Updates
PMP Guidance Document
For continued support with the PMP process, we have linked the full PMP Guidance 2021_22 document for your reference. Based upon request, we have created a PMP Screencast that walks through the step by step process for making a PMP designation and developing the intervention plan in the myStudent SSS.
Monitoring Tier 3 (PMP) Intervention Plans
Many of you have asked for a way to access an Excel spreadsheet of the intervention plans developed in the SSS, including all of the components. You can follow these steps to access the Academic Monitoring List Report:
- Open myStudent
- Click on Reports (left menu bar)
- Click on District Reports, then District Reports again
- Select the Academic Monitoring List Report to run for your school
- Under Select your criteria– you have options to choose from-select PMP Standards Not Met to view a report which shows every student with a PMP that should have an intervention plan.
- Active Academic Monitoring Plan during time period (shows all students with an intervention plan in ELA and/or Math).
- Last column shows errors (something missing)- Review for errors prior to printing monthly progress letters
PMP Monthly Progress Letters
The PMP Progress Letters have been sent to the Letter Queue area in myStudent located in the Student Menu. You will want to send these letters home on 10/26, the same date that report cards are posted. You will find directions for printing the letters (preferred method) on pages 4 of the Academic Monitoring in myStudent.docx and directions for emailing or printing/emailing on demand letters on pages 4-5. Remember, only administrators and office staff with DEO or School Update profiles will have access.
We will repost the Progress Monitoring Letters in the Letter Queue at 7:00AM Monday morning on 10/25, to provide time for any edits that may need to be made. If you print and letter log prior to Monday, that is fine, this process will not override what you have done. You would simply select all and delete the duplicate letters that are posted on 10/25.
Please contact Courtney Lough, Jan Anderton, or Larry Porter if you have any questions.
Red Ribbon Week
We are looking forward to celebrating Red Ribbon Week next week and seeing all the ways schools celebrate with their students. The 2021 National Red Ribbon Week Theme, Drug Free Looks Like Me™ is a reminder that everyday Americans across the country make significant daily contributions to their communities by being the best they can be because they live Drug-Free! Through the amazing work your schools do each day in providing wrap around services for our students and through the district approved health curriculum, we can ensure our students have the knowledge and tools to make healthy life choices. Be on the lookout for social media posts throughout the week from OLL to celebrate National Red Ribbon Week.

TWLearn Resources and Professional Development Points
This summer we had another successful TWLearn event! We had 220 offerings and over 3,000 administrators, coaches, teachers, and district staff join in the fun. Wow! We are a district that is dedicated to learning and has proven to set high expectations to ultimately increase student achievement as well as enhance our skill set to promote rigorous instruction. Thank you so much for engaging in professional learning to prepare for the year.
Now that quarter one is complete, we wanted to announce that all participants that actively attended and participated in these training sessions (meaning you logged on, identified yourself by changing your name in zoom and engaged for over 60% of the session) have been awarded points. All high-quality professional learning comes with an opportunity to implement the skills and strategies learned during each of your sessions. We hope that this has impacted your school and/or classroom in a positive way.
You are welcome to view your points on the credentials page in myPGS. Please scroll down to review your transcript of sessions you attended and earned points for. If you see an error, please send an email to togetherwelearn@pasco.k12.fl.us.
If you were unable to attend all the sessions, please check out our PD Hub. Many of the recordings are available for you to access. Check it out!
Ready for more learning! Well, it is coming!!! Please be on the lookout for a needs assessment survey for semester two and summer learning opportunities to come!
