YRBS Survey – Action Required
YRBS Survey is coming!
Just a reminder that High School YRBS site coordinators will be receiving the CDC’s YRBS (Youth Risk Behavior) Survey materials the week for 2/4. The site coordinators that you have designated will be contacted to arrange the drop off of all YRBS materials. We are providing all the necessary items for your site coordinator and selected teachers to administer this survey (Welcome packet with instructions for site coordinator, instructions for teachers, passive permission forms, printed surveys, scantron answer sheets, sample Connect Ed phone script to parents, and letters of support). We need all completed YRBS surveys back by the end of the day on Friday, 2/22/19, that gives each school 2 weeks to get the surveys completed. As always, if you have questions about the YRBS survey, please contact Matt Wicks at ext. 42755 or 813-794-2755.
