Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration is April 18, 2022. Registration posters will be arriving at your schools in the next few weeks. The posters include a QR code to a Mach form, like the one utilized last year. When parents fill out the Mach form, it will notify the school that they indicate as their school of enrollment. We are asking each administrator to go to this Excel sheet and designate who in your building will be notified. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Kimberly Hedgspeth.
ELA Module Assessments: Optional Module Assessments
Thank you for verifying the amount of copies needed for the optional and required module assessments. Unfortunately, we were not able to have the copies and deliveries made prior to the 2/16 print release date. The expected arrival date was well into the instructional week for the required modules. If your school assesses modules 6 (kindergarten) and 8 (grades 1-5), you will need to print those modules at school. Please be sure to use these Module 6 Administering Guidelines (Kindergarten) and Module 8 Administering Guidelines (Grades 1-5) documents to note any modifications and obtain rubrics and directions.
Tests can be found within the grade level folders below.
Please be sure your teachers are using these final assessment versions and refraining from printing the assessments directly from the HMH Platform.

The windows for staff interested in applying for the LD, ITC Literacy or ITC Math candidate lists in the 2021-2022 school year are as follows:

We currently have a number of open instructional coaching positions and are looking to systematically add highly qualified coaching candidates to our pools for Learning Design Coaches and Instructional Trainer Coaches. If you have teacher leaders or folks who are looking to apply for coaching positions, please communicate our Coaching Pool Interview plan and dates.
